    You have the right to cancel your order under the distance selling regulations.
    If you wish to cancel this can be exercised in writing via email (info@bigfishclothing.co.uk) or by the contact us page within 7 days from reciept of your order. You should keep evidence of your cancellation notice such as proof of posting. Please return your order in accordance with the T&C.

    Standard Delivery Orders

    We aim to deliver standard delivery orders within 3-5 workings days from dispatch.
    Unfortunately, we cannot state a particular day for standard delivery orders, therefore if you require your order urgently we suggest that you order on the next day service.  

    For destinations outside the UK you will need to allow extra days for arrival of your parcel.  Please check our 'Delivery Info' page for more details.

    Next Day Orders

    Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Thursday will be delivered the following day (although this is not a guaranteed service) Please allow up to 6pm for your parcel to arrive.
    Any order that is placed after 2pm Thursday will be dispatched on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery.

    The courier will require a signature, so your parcel may be taken back to the depot if no one is available to sign and a calling card will be left....please follow the couriers instructions for re-delivery.

    In the event you have not received your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your query quoting your order ID.

    Unfortunately sometimes errors are made, in the event that the item you have received is not the one that you have ordered, please contact us as soon as possible quoting your order ID number where you will be given the returns procedure.

    Sometimes orders are dispatched with ordered items missing, this may be done when we are awiating stock replenishment, please check your received invoice where it will state that an item is to follow.

    Unfortunately some ordered items may be sold out and no longer available, in this case the item will have been refunded please check received invoice for details.

    If you feel that the above details do not apply to your order then please contact us as soon as possible on 0845 680 1008 with your order ID number.

    Damaged Parcel

    Accept delivery even if the parcel arrives damaged.  However, write legibly that the parcel was damaged.  You may write "damaged parcel" for example please contact us in regards to this as soon as parcel is recieved.

    Unfortunately sometimes items recieved will be faulty, in the event of this happening please notify us as soon as possible this can be done through the contact us page or by calling 0845 680 1008 to confirm the returns proceedure.

    The item can be returned using the returns form provided in your parcel.

    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us of the items you wish to return within 7 days of receipt. 
    Any items can be returned back within 14 days of reciept using the returns form in your parcel.

    We will usually confirm receipt of recieved returns within 5 working days.

    All returns are processed as quickly as possible.

    We aim to refund within 14 working days although at busy times this may take longer.
    Any exchanges are usually processed within 5 working days (Subject to stock).
    We will usually notify you of any problems via email so please check emails including your spam folder if you think your refund/exchange is taking longer than it should be.

    Please allow at least 3 working days for your returned parcel to reach us (unless you return by special delivery).
    Once recieved your returns then go through a inspection process, all depending on the influx of returns this can take between 3-5 working days.

    We aim to refund within 7 working days but at busy times this may take longer.

    If you are not satisfied with any of our products you have purchased then simply notify us of their return within 14 days.

    Please enclose the returns form in your parcel, failure to do so will result in a delay with your returns request.

    Fill in all the required fields and return with the unworn item/s with all relevent packaging.

    The returning parcel is the responsibility of the customer so we would advise that you obtain proof of postage. 

    We aim to process refunds within 14 working days and exchanges within 5 but at busy times this may take longer.

    If for any reason you have lost your original delivery note for the returns procedure then include this form with any returns.

    £99 Free Delivery / Returns - If items are returned for refund and the order value drops below £99 then the standard delivery charge of £4.95  will apply .

    If you prefer to order via the postal service you can print off this form simply fill in your details and the items which you would like to order. Please state which delivery service you require and add this to the total amount.

    You can make payment either by enclosing a cheque or postal order.

    Orders can also be placed over the phone, unfortunately we cannot accept any promotions or offers that may have been received via email, your order must be placed online to claim these.
