Sizing
We sell products in a range of sizes from 2XL to 8XL, for the bigger guy.
MXT to 4XT. for the taller guys.

It happens! We offer a returns label for UK returns for a reduced fee of £2.50 which is taken from your refund. See here for details. If you're unsure about sizing, check out our detailed sizing guide for big and tall men.
Delivery / Returns
We pride ourselves on keeping our customers happy. If you're not completely satisfied with any of our products simply get in touch. You can return items within 28 days of placing your order.
Please enclose the returns form (the one we sent you with your order) in your parcel - failure to do so will slow down your returns request. If you've lost your original returns form, we can email you one simply let us know either by phone or email or if its easier then pop a covering note in with your details on.
Remember to fill in all the required fields, and return with the unworn item/s with all relevant packaging.
(When you post your return, it's always a good idea to retain proof of postage).
We aim to process refunds within 10 working days, but at busy times this might take a bit longer, it can be up to 14 days
We offer free delivery on all UK mainland orders over £75. But where items are returned for a refund and the new order value falls below £75, the appropriate delivery charge will be applied.

It doesn't happen often, but we'll sort it for you if it does.
In the event that the item you have received is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible quoting your order ID number and we'll put it right.
We're really sorry if you've received a faulty item. Get in touch with us as soon as you can and we'll get it sorted for you.
The item can be returned using the returns form provided in your parcel.
All returns are processed as quickly as possible.
We aim to refund within 10 working days although at busy times this may take up to 14 days.
We usually notify you via email when your refund is processed so please check your emails (including your spam folder), if you're worried your refund taking too long then please get in touch.

My Order
Once your order has been confirmed, it's not always possible to change it. However, if notified as soon as possible we will do what we can to assist with any changes that you wish to make.

You have the right to cancel your order under distance selling regulations.
If you wish to cancel your order, drop us an email (orders@bigfishclothing.co.uk) or send a message via the contact form within 7 days of placing the order. If you receive a cancelled order, please return your order (and keep hold of any paperwork such as proof of postage).
Unfortunately sometimes orders are dispatched with items missing, usually when we're awiating stock replenishment. Please check your invoice to see if it states that an item is to follow.
Sometimes ordered items are no longer available, in this case the item will have been refunded. The invoice in your parcel should let you know if this is the case.
If you're unsure about any of the above, or if it doesn't seem to apply to your order then please contact us as soon as possible with your order ID number and we'll get on the case.
Yep, all of our prices are shown inclusive of VAT. No hidden fees here!
Availability
We do stock a lot of our products continually, these are what we would class as our best sellers and cult classics. However, we also add a lot of new lines to the site on a regular basis. If there's something new you'd like us to start stocking, or you can't find something you'd seen previously, get in touch!
